National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team. The Shipping & Receiving Associate plays an important role in supporting our Parts, Service, and Body Shop operations by receiving, organizing, stocking, and distributing parts and inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming parts orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies as needed.
• Stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory.
• Process parts returns, including warranty parts, according to established procedures.
• Load and unload freight shipments safely and efficiently.
• Pull and distribute stocked parts for dealership and Body Shop use.
• Accurately bill and document parts issued from inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Transfer parts between dealership locations and the Body Shop as needed.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport parts when required.
• Assist internal customers, including Service Advisors and RV Technicians, with part-related needs.
• Provide professional and courteous service to walk-in customers.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Follow company procedures and industry best practices.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a positive, cooperative workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Previous RV Parts experience is preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in parts, inventory, warehouse operations, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• General knowledge of parts used in RV repair and an understanding of related components and subparts.
• Ability to learn and use computer systems, phones, and standard office equipment.
• Forklift operation experience is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle when required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and proactive.
• Positive, team-oriented, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with Service, Parts, and other departments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. NIRVC participates in E-Verify. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
• Work is performed primarily in a parts and warehouse environment.
• Warehouse temperatures may vary and can be similar to outdoor temperatures.
• May require extended periods of computer use.
• Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and move items weighing 50-100 pounds.
• Must be able to safely load and unload freight and handle parts and equipment.
• Ability to operate a forklift is highly preferred.
