Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth operations, support order fulfillment, and uphold our reputation for excellence in safety equipment distribution. Duties Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery or transfer Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks Manage stock levels through proper stocking, order picking, and packing procedures aligned with warehouse distribution standards Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records in real time Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and best practices in warehouse operations Experience Proven experience of 1+ years in shipping & receiving within a warehouse environment, preferably involving electrical or industrial products Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment; forklift certification is preferred Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, order picking, and packaging techniques Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse distribution is a plus Join us in supporting our mission to deliver top-quality safety equipment with precision and care!
