• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our distribution center, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining efficient shipping and receiving operations. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and experience in e-commerce logistics. Duties Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against packing lists and purchase orders. Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and labeling them accurately. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload goods safely. Maintain accurate inventory records using FedExsystems and warehouse management software, such as Fulcrum. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as needed. Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping processes and improve efficiency. Assist in the organization of the warehouse to facilitate easy access to products. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles, preferably within a distribution center or warehouse setting. Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and basic math skills for inventory management. Experience with loading/unloading shipments and operating forklifts is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
