Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and inventory accuracy. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in warehouse operations and logistics within a supportive environment committed to excellence. Duties Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and completeness. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely in accordance with safety protocols. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage or injury. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, inventory management systems, and RF scanners. Prepare orders for shipping by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly for distribution. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming stock against purchase orders. Follow safety procedures diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all warehouse activities. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning technology, and inventory management systems. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, quality control standards, and safety protocols. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, and inventory management. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
