We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk / Retail Associate to join our growing team in Portland, Texas. If you enjoy staying active, helping customers, and working with a team that shares a passion for watersports, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Shipping Clerk / Retail Associate, you'll split your time between our warehouse and retail showroom, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service whether they shop online or in person.

Shipping & Warehouse Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive and inspect incoming inventory Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean workspace Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment Prepare freight shipments and coordinate with shipping carriers Assemble and inspect products as needed

Retail Responsibilities:

Assist customers in our retail showroom Answer product questions and recommend equipment Process sales transactions Restock displays and maintain an organized sales floor Help create an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and excellent work ethic Dependable and punctual Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to work on your feet throughout the day Basic computer skills Strong communication and customer service skills Team player with a willingness to learn

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with shipping, warehousing, or retail Watersports experience (kiteboarding, wing foiling, surfing, paddleboarding, boating, etc.)
