About the Role As a Charge Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care while leading and supporting our CNAs and CMAs. You will work closely with residents, families, physicians, and the care team to provide quality, compassionate care. Qualifications Current and valid Texas LVN or RN license Graduate of an accredited LVN or RN program Strong communication and leadership skills Long-term care experience preferred Must be available to work 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Why Wellsential Health?
