Apparel Order Preparation & Fulfillment Associate T-Shirt Business Richardson, TX Job Details Full-time $15 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Packing Visual color comparison Moving Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Picking & packing Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Apparel Production & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in preparing apparel orders before printing and completing them for shipment after printing. The ideal candidate must be able to follow order details carefully, stay organized, work efficiently, and avoid mistakes. Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important in this role. Duties and Responsibilities Carefully cut individual DTF designs from printed DTF rolls. Match each DTF design with the correct order label. Read order labels carefully to identify the correct product, size, and color . Locate and prepare the correct shirt or apparel item for each order. Organize prepared orders so they are ready for the printing team. After printing is completed, inspect each item to make sure the correct design was printed on the correct product and that there are no obvious issues. Fold and package finished apparel neatly and accurately. Place completed orders into the correct shipping bags and prepare them for shipment. Help load completed packages into the carrier's vehicle when shipping pickups arrive. Receive incoming apparel inventory and place products in their correct shelves or storage locations. Keep shelves, work areas, and production areas clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Follow instructions carefully and maintain an organized workflow throughout the day. Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and minimizing mistakes. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to carefully match designs, labels, sizes, colors, and products. Dependable, punctual, and disciplined. Able to stay organized while handling multiple orders. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a production environment. Able to stand and move around for extended periods during the workday. Able to lift and move boxes of apparel when inventory arrives or shipments are prepared. Previous experience in apparel production, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, or a similar environment is helpful but not required . Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
