Full Job Description Fulfillment Service Rep:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Services Representative to support daily shipping operations, prioritize workflow, and coordinate communication between customers and the picking team. Key Responsibilities Print shipping labels for daily shipments based on established priorities using the designated computer system. Process printed orders into planned activities using additional software. Prioritize orders according to plan and maintain a steady workflow for the picking team. Communicate shipment priorities clearly to both customers and the picking team. Track daily shipments, returns, mis-shipments, and other issues, and communicate updates to customers. Coordinate inventory needs and perform cycle counts as needed. Qualifications and Additional Details Prepare special reports as assigned. Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, email, and Microsoft Teams. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; some overtime required. Support additional projects and duties as assigned. $18/hr
