Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick and prepare customer orders according to order specifications. Pack, label, and organize products for shipment. Verify product quantities and order accuracy before shipping. Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed. Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged or missing items. Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Use scanners and other warehouse equipment as required. Work with team members to meet daily fulfillment and shipping goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or order-picking experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Basic communication and problem-solving skills.
