Full Job Description Position:
Shipping Clerk Department:
Production Scope The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing and coordinating outgoing shipments to ensure orders are packaged accurately and shipped on time. This position manages shipping documentation, coordinates carrier pickups, maintains shipping records, and ensures all shipments are completed according to company procedures. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate package pickups with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers. Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other required shipping documentation. Run the end-of-day shipping list from UPS. Prepare and maintain the daily shipping spreadsheet. Close out completed orders in Mothernode. Send updated shipping spreadsheets nightly. Follow the production schedule provided by the Production Supervisor as it relates to shipping priorities. Maintain a clean and organized shipping work area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous shipping experience a must. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to work with shipping software and spreadsheets.
Expected Percentage of Resource Focus Shipping:
100% Work Location This position is based in our Temple, TX office.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
