Job Description
Job Overview As a Receiving Associate, you will help ensure AFW products are safely received from the truck shipment to the warehouse before making its way to our customer's homes. The Receiving Associate is responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading, identifying, and tagging merchandise upon arrival. The ideal Receiving Associate develops strategies to improve receiving efforts, adheres to quality expectations and standards, and has excellent attention to detail. If you are eager to help our warehouses stay stocked with products and make a difference to the customers, then AFW is looking for you! This role offers strong career growth, with opportunities to advance to a Receiving Associate II and III. Job Responsibilities & Duties Typical duties include but are not limited to: Breakdowns merchandise inside trailers and containers

Compensation Pay Rate:
Starting at $16/hour and up- dependent on experience 3rd shift Premium
- Additional $2.00/hr and Weekend Premium

Career Advancement Opportunities Receiving Associate II:
Responsible for all Receiving Associate I duties while training new team members, operating lifts safely, performing basic STORIS tasks, tagging/scanning products, and supporting leadership by taking on additional projects and setting a positive example.Receiving Associate III:
Performs all Receiving Associate I & II duties while training all associates, running advanced STORIS functions, managing transfers, reporting empty containers, completing safety audits, and supporting leadership through advanced responsibilities and team guidance.
