What You'll Do:

As an Assembly Shipping Clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are assembled and shipped with precision and care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Packing and unpacking orders to meet department schedulesCreating shipping documents and pulling inventoryVisually inspecting incoming merchandiseAssembling mechanical components using a variety of toolsLabeling, boxing, and preparing products for shipmentMeeting production quality and quantity standardsSupporting housekeeping and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to use measuring tools and basic computer programsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; and stoopMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols

Preferred:

Forklift experience

Work Environment:

You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Why UTEX?
