As a key contributor, you'll help maintain optimal inventory levels, support order fulfillment, and uphold high standards of safety. Duties Receive incoming shipments by inspecting, verifying, and documenting goods using warehouse management systems and RF scanners Prepare outgoing shipments through picking, packing, labeling, and ensuring proper packaging in accordance with shipping & trade compliance standards Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred) to load and unload trucks efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and ERP systems. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory management activities to prevent discrepancies Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock placement, stocking shelves, and assisting with order fulfillment processes Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or logistics roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools Strong understanding of shipping logistics and shipping procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipment documentation Experience operating forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely Excellent data entry skills coupled with customer service orientation to assist internal teams and external carriers effectively Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform load and unload tasks efficiently This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse management.
