About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Receiver to join our warehouse team and manage incoming inventory at our GigaOne and South Salt Lake facilities. This role is essential for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring our manufacturing teams have the parts they need to build the future of energy infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, responsible for verifying precision in our supply chain and maintaining data integrity within our warehouse management system. Responsibilities Accept deliveries from truck drivers and verify that shipments are intended for our warehouse. Check packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders for accuracy. Inspect incoming products for damage, missing items, or incorrect quantities. Compare arrived goods against system orders to identify discrepancies. Enter received items into the NetSuite warehouse management system, including scanning barcodes and labeling products. Update stock levels and ensure inventory is properly organized and labeled for storage. Communicate effectively with purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse staff regarding arrivals or shipment issues. Utilize pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials to staging areas or storage locations. File paperwork related to shipments and report all shortages or damages. Required Experience 4+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations. Proven experience in a receiving-specific role within a warehouse environment. Certified or highly proficient in forklift operation and moving heavy materials. Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and a solution-based mindset for resolving shipping discrepancies. Preferred Experience Direct experience using NetSuite for inventory tracking and recording. Experience working in a high-growth manufacturing or hardware environment. Additional Details Background Check All candidates are subject to a background check. Location + Travel Primarily based at GigaOne (Salt Lake City), with regular work at our South Salt Lake Headquarters. Schedule Full-Time, Hourly - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday Compensation $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Work Authorization Applicants must already have legal authorization to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship. Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Capable of standing, bending, and executing repetitive tasks for prolonged periods. Ability to observe and respond to machine malfunction warnings and communicate accurately with the team. Ability to read, identify, observe and recognize details, color-coding and fine print at close range on associated engineering drawings. Ability to don personal protective equipment to include, but not limited to, respiratory protective equipment with proper seal, coveralls, ear protection, gloves, eye protection & safety helmet. Ability to observe, detect and respond to audible and visual machine malfunction warnings. Ability to communicate information so others can understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must report to work reliably and with the ability to use full and unimpaired skills and judgment to safely execute your job.
