This role ensures that products are properly prepared, packaged, documented, and moved safely for shipment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Locate products from the production area to the shipping staging area and prepare for processing, including photographing prepackaged products Wrap and package products following shipping requirements to ensure safe transit Photograph wrapped products and complete documentation of weights and dimensions for each pallet Maintain cleanliness of the shipping area using 5S standards Perform other related tasks as required ________________________________________ Knowledge and Experience Requirements Education equivalent to a high school diploma Shipping or warehouse work experience preferred Knowledge of basic mathematics and ability to apply it in a work situation Ability to read and understand written instructions ________________________________________ Core Competencies & Skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others Attention to detail in documentation and packaging Organizational skills and ability to follow established processes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and perform physical activities including writing, sitting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods Visual acuity for reading and inspecting products Ability to work in noisy environments and with exposure to chemical vapors Ability to operate light equipment, such as pallet jacks Regular exposure to outdoor/weather conditions ________________________________________
