Role Overview Our Ashland, VA facility is looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Shipping Associate to join our operations. You will be instrumental in the preparation of goods for transit, including staging, palletizing, and labeling. We need someone who thrives in a high-energy warehouse setting and is ready to support our loading and unloading tasks.

PM Compensation:

$21.45/hour Core Duties Organize goods in specific zones to prepare for outgoing shipments. Build pallets and ready customer orders for transit. Secure shipments with banding to help ensure items arrive safely at their destination. Attach shipping labels and confirm that all paperwork is correct. Support the team by loading and unloading freight in a secure manner. Help keep the shipping department tidy and well-organized. Adhere to all safety protocols to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Partner with colleagues to ensure all shipping targets are met on time. Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Prior background in logistics, shipping, or general warehouse work is a plus. Capable of lifting and maneuvering materials without difficulty. High level of precision and focus on detail. Reliable and consistent attendance record. Ability to perform effectively in a high-speed work setting.
