You will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and processing shipments promptly to ensure timely delivery and maintain inventory accuracy. If you're energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about logistics, this is your opportunity to shine! Responsibilities Load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as dollys. Prepare packages for shipping by packing products securely and labeling them correctly. Conduct inventory control tasks including stock counting, replenishment, and maintaining accurate records. Ensure stockroom cleanliness by organizing work areas, performing routine maintenance, and following safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment deadlines and resolve any logistical issues promptly. Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and storing products efficiently. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory accurately. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse team interactions. Knowledge of stockroom operations including shipping & receiving procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments. Prior retail store or logistics experience is advantageous; familiarity with retail product knowledge enhances performance. QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 16 years old Previous retail experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with guests, store leadership, and associates Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions Proficient with technology

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
