About Us Nick B's Chimichurri is a growing, family-owned food company with our warehouse and office located in Norfolk, Virginia. We produce and sell handcrafted chimichurri, salad dressings, and specialty olive oil through our online store, farmers markets, and retail and wholesale partners. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and organized Shipping & Inventory Associate to prepare and ship more than 50 customer orders per day while maintaining accurate inventory and an orderly workspace. This position involves repetitive, hands-on work, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable performing the same packing and shipping tasks throughout the day without sacrificing speed, accuracy, or quality. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare more than 50 customer orders per day Verify the correct products and quantities for every order Properly box, tape, label, and protect products for shipping Apply shipping labels and fragile stickers Print shipping labels, packing slips, and manifests Track product, packaging, and shipping-supply inventory Receive, count, and organize incoming products and supplies Report low inventory, damaged products, and order discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized shipping station and warehouse Inspect completed packages for accuracy and quality Perform repetitive packing and shipping tasks efficiently Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Comfortable completing repetitive tasks throughout the workday Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using a computer and learning shipping software Able to follow written instructions and shipping procedures Able to remain on your feet throughout the workday Able to regularly lift and move more than 50 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily order goals Previous shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or inventory experience is helpful but not required Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required What We're Looking For We need someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly, works well with repetitive routines, and understands that every package represents our business.
