We offer sound-attenuated and weather-protective packaging for on-site power generation equipment, with products ranging from economical skin-tight enclosures to entire multi-unit power plants.

Teamwork - Combine individual strengths to achieve exceptional results. Role Overview The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating daily shipping activities in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures finished products and materials are accurately prepared, documented, packaged, labeled, and shipped on time to support customer and production requirements.
The Shipping Clerk works closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Receiving, and Customer Service teams to maintain shipping accuracy, meet delivery schedules, and support an organized and efficient shipping operation.
Success in this role will be measured through shipping accuracy, on-time shipments, inventory accuracy, organization, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents, labels, packing slips, and bills of lading Verify part numbers, quantities, customer orders, and shipping information before shipment Pick, stage, package, label, and secure products for shipment Coordinate shipments and pickups with freight carriers and transportation providers Enter shipping information into ERP, inventory, or shipping systems Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to the appropriate teams Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and report damaged or missing items Maintain organized and clean shipping and staging areas Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as required Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Receiving, and Customer Service to meet shipping requirements Follow company safety, quality, and shipping procedures Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years of shipping, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP and shipping systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to read and understand shipping documents and work orders Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Forklift experience or certification preferred Physical & Work Requirements Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday Ability to lift and move materials and packages as required Ability to safely operate or become certified to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment Ability to work around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety requirements Come help us build safer, smarter, and more efficient ways to power the world's most demanding data centers.
