Admin and Warehousing We are seeking a reliable and organized Administration & Warehousing Assistant to support our daily office and warehouse operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable performing a combination of administrative and physical warehouse duties:
- Receive, check, record, and organize incoming stock and deliveries.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
- Enter data into company systems, spreadsheets, and inventory databases.
- Prepare delivery notes, purchase orders, invoices, and other documents.
- File and maintain administrative and warehouse records.
- Respond to basic customer, supplier, and internal inquiries.
- Coordinate with couriers, suppliers, drivers, and other departments.
- Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to the supervisor.

The Role As an Admin/Warehouse Assistant, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly. You will pick and pack orders, perform quality checks, assist with product production, maintain inventory accuracy, and handle the basic paperwork and data entry that keeps everything organized. This is a practical, active role that combines warehouse floor work with needed admin tasks. What You Will Do
- Pick customer orders accurately using order lists and stage them for packing.
- Package products according to company standards, ensuring items are protected and labeled correctly.
- Perform quality control checks on products during packaging and before shipping—look for defects, count accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Prepare and process shipments, including generating shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring orders leave on schedule.
- Maintain inventory levels by counting stock, updating records, reporting low stock or discrepancies, and helping organize storage locations.
- Assist with product production tasks such as assembling, preparing, or finishing items as needed on the production line or packing station.
- Enter receiving, inventory, and shipping data into our systems; keep basic paperwork and records accurate and up to date.
- Support general warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety practices.

Physical & Work Environment This role involves regular physical activity on the warehouse floor mixed with periods of computer or paperwork tasks. You will work in a production/warehouse setting that may include standing for most of the shift at times. Temperature variations. Sitting to package products and to ship products.
Pay:
