Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will have proper completion of shipping and handling of the company's inventory on a consistent basis. Insure that stock levels are accurate, organized, and readily available to support seamless operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain a well-stocked environment, optimize warehouse efficiency, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. While reporting directly to the Store leadership team and embodies the ALDO group's values of integrity, love and respect.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Verifies accuracy of incoming/outgoing product. (Shipments, recalls, etc.) Verifies the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents (POS reports, bill of landings, etc.) Maintains a neat, organized, and sized merchandise area. Complies with all store security procedures as explained in the LP code of conduct. Provides the highest level of customer service by promoting our total customer service program while running shoes during peak times. Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Leadership team. Qualifications Related work experience; previous stock experience is a plus Strong organizational, time-management and multi tasking skills. Be able to work flexible hours, especially weekend availability. Able to bend, climb ladders, lift and move boxes up to 35 lb Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising tasks Excellent communication skills paired with customer service experience will help foster positive interactions with team members and customers The ALDO Group reserves the right to change, alter or amend the job duties of employees at its sole discretion with or without notice.
