We specialize in live breaks, sealed wax, and delivering an exceptional experience for collectors across the country. We're looking for dependable, energetic team members who are passionate about sports and excited to work in the hobby. Whether you're helping host live streams or making sure every order ships perfectly, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Depending on your strengths, your day may include: Live Streaming Assist with or host live Whatnot streams Present sports cards and collectibles in an engaging, entertaining way Interact with customers during live auctions and breaks Help organize inventory for upcoming streams Maintain a professional, energetic presence on camera Shipping & Fulfillment Accurately sort, sleeve, top-load, team bag, and package cards Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments Ensure every order is packed securely and accurately Maintain an organized and efficient workspace Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of professional and/or collegiate sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, etc.) Familiarity with sports cards and the hobby is strongly preferred If you don't have sports card experience, you must be eager to learn quickly Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Preferred Qualifications Active collector or former collector Experience with sports cards, trading card games, or memorabilia Familiarity with Whatnot, eBay Live, Fanatics Live, or similar platforms Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or shipping experience Comfortable speaking on camera or interested in becoming a live streamer Physical Requirements Stand and move throughout the shift Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
