In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing and labeling our heavy bulk cosmetics products (50+ pounds ) for shipment while ensuring accuracy and safety. This position offers an energetic environment where your attention to detail and ability to handle heavy materials on a consistent basis will directly contribute to our success.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 4:30 with a 30 min paid lunch. We offer paid time off, medical (employees pay a portion and companies pays the majority), the company covers the premium for dental and vision benefits and provides 25K life insurance at no cost to employees. In addition, we provide a matching 401k plan after 6 months of employment. We pay on a monthly basis, at the end of each month.

Job Duties:

Physically demanding order fulfillment of heavy bulk cosmetic ingredients (by hand to cart), ability to lift, pack and move ingredients manually up 50+ throughout the day on a consistent basis. Record by hand and request lot COAs for orders when required through proper Slack channel. Responsible for packing heavy bulk ingredients and closing boxes to ensure finished product is neat and professional for customers. Work with the team on weekly warehouse cleaning (sweeping, moving pallets, dusting and garbage). Assist with stocking boxes and shipping supplies on a weekly basis. Transporting bulk items from one location to another. Responsible for compiling pallet shipments to include pallet banding. Picking cosmetic ingredients on a daily basis.

Additional Tasks & Responsibilities:

Assist with physical inventory of bulk warehouse ingredients. Keep your work area clean and free of clutter Ensure safety protocols while working in a Warehouse environment. Operate a pallet jack

Essential Job Functions/Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to be on your feet for an extended period of time. Experience with heaving lifting includes; bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching. Must be able to work in various temperatures in the Warehouse. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to process, pick and ship out orders daily.

Minimum Job Requirements:

1+ years of Bulk Shipping/Warehouse experience required Ability to lift heavy bulk ingredients on a consistent basis Must be dependable and reliable Capable of meeting deadlines and working well with others in a team environment Good organizational and time management skills

Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
