Job Description
General Manager, Independent Shipping & Print Center (Sammamish, WA) Mail Post & Copies, an independent pack, ship, and print center under new local ownership, is hiring a General Manager to run our Sammamish Highlands store. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how a shipping and print center operates and wants to run their own shop without owning it. What you'll do: Run daily operations: shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), printing and copies, packing, and eventually notary Lead, schedule, and train a small team Own the customer experience and our Google review score Handle cash, POS, and daily reconciliation Grow revenue and keep the store running smoothly and independently What we're looking for: 2+ years managing or assistant-managing a shipping center, pack-and-ship, or high-volume retail store (UPS Store, PostNet, PostalAnnex, Pak Mail, FedEx Office, or similar strongly preferred) Confident with POS, carrier shipping software, and cash handling Calm, friendly, and steady with customers, including difficult ones Reliable, trustworthy, and ready to take ownership Notary commission a plus, or willingness to get one
Compensation:
$30 to $36 per hour DOE Monthly performance bonus tied to revenue and customer review targetsFull-time Pay:
