Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing and dispatching outgoing shipments. This role requires proficiency in warehouse management systems, shipping & receiving procedures, and the operation of various material handling equipment. Salary DOE. Duties Prepare and package products for shipment using appropriate materials and techniques, including packaging and palletizing. Utilize Warehouse Management System to process orders, update inventory records, and ensure accurate order picking & packing. Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to verify accuracy against order specifications. Manage shipping documentation, labels, and compliance with carrier requirements. Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and inventory management. Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards. Experience Previous experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or distribution is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks. Basic math skills for inventory counts and order calculations are required. Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes and order picking/packing procedures is advantageous. Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment involving order fulfillment, stocking, load & unload operations will be beneficial.
