This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on staging and receiving experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll work with finished cabinets, organizing and staging them for inventory with precision and attention to detail that go above expectations. What You'll Do Sort, stage, and organize finished cabinets for inventory with care, accuracy, and attention to quality. Scan finished cabinets into inventory using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval. Meet daily and weekly staging goals while handling cabinets safely. Clean and maintain your work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members across your department to support workflow and improve overall quality and efficiency. Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value team members who think critically and take ownership. What You Bring Prior shipping staging/receiving experience is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate. Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance. Comfortable reading handheld scanners, job numbers and stacking codes.
