Position:

As a Shipping Clerk one is responsible to; Complete order entry Prepare bills of lading and all related documents accurately Prepare export documents for state inspectors (USDA and WSDA computer systems) Double check work so to ensure all is accurate (ALL work, especially on export loads prior to truck departure) Filing of document Assist in creating pallet tags Assist with paperwork on hauls when needed Handle inventory inquiries Take internal and external phone calls in professional manner E-mail correspondence both internally and externally (in professional manner) Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Great people skills including personable, polite, professional and courteous Self-motivated/self-starter with ability to work independently and as team Ability to work in a very fast pace environment while maintaining accuracy Strong problem solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage time Attention to detail and accuracy
