Shipping & Receiving Associate - Manufacturing Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation | Beaver Dam, WI Full-Time | Hourly Position Join an Employee-Owned Manufacturing Leader Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation and Mepaco are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. As an employee-owner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring materials, parts, and finished equipment are received, processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operates safely, and takes pride in organization, accuracy, and teamwork. What You'll Do Receive incoming materials and process inventory transactions Pick, package, and ship parts and equipment to customers and outside service providers Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and material handling equipment Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and barcode systems Monitor open orders and support on-time order fulfillment Coordinate outside service requirements with purchasing and production teams Ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and secured for shipment Maintain shipping supply inventory and stocking levels Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient Support continuous improvement and participate in training opportunities Assist with other manufacturing and warehouse duties as needed QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing environment Experience with inventory control and shipping/receiving activities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills
