Job Title:

Receiving Clerk $19/hr Receiving all materials into system, maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

Responsibilities:

Unloads incoming freight, checks for damaged goods and reports discrepancies to interested parties. Organize and store incoming materials. Place material into designated area throughout the receiving process. Enter receipts in system, and alert necessary parties for over shipments, discrepant material or mismatched pack list. Research items with discrepancies in the pack list, PO or invoice. Research and resolve discrepancies between actual product and associated documentation. Labels all incoming parts with part number, PO and quantity. Prepare received parts for put away. Spot-check all materials upon arrival for quality, quantity and packaging. Help material handlers with put away of material. Accept delivery of authorized items. Rotating inventory and cycle counts. Performs Inbound/Outbound Receipts. Maintain department equipment records. Maintain Inbound/Outbound Appointment log. Additional responsibilities will be required upon Supervisors discretion.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 year receiving and/or material handling experience. Valid driver's license required Clean Driving Record for last 3 years. Must successfully complete forklift operator training. Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of weight and length measurement. Ability to accurately read and comprehend instructions, packing lists, and purchase orders. Proficient in basic computer skills/data entry. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more on frequent basis. Pay Rate $19/hr
