Shift:

1st Shift | Full-Time We are looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a growing precision manufacturing company in the Kenosha area. This is a hands-on position responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory, packaging, forklift operation, and coordinating incoming and outgoing materials. If you have experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory, or manufacturing and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity, we'd like to speak with you. What You'll Do Prepare, package, label, and verify outgoing customer shipments Receive and inspect incoming materials and products Verify counts, weights, packing slips, and shipping documentation Schedule pickups with trucking companies, vendors, and customers Prepare bills of lading and shipping labels Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks Use barcode scanners and computer systems for inventory transactions Pick and issue materials to production as needed Prepare shipments going to outside vendors, including heat treaters and platers Shrink-wrap, band, skid, and package finished products Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records Assist with light deburring and cleaning/degreasing of parts as needed Maintain an organized shipping department and warehouse Drive a company truck for occasional local pickups and deliveries to customers and vendors What We're Looking For Previous shipping & receiving or warehouse experience , preferably in manufacturing Forklift experience preferred Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and inventory systems Ability to accurately verify quantities, weights, and shipping documents Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple shipments Valid driver's license and ability to make local company deliveries Dependable with a strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits $24•27/hour 1st shift Full-time, direct-hire opportunity Medical, dental, and vision benefits Company-paid life insurance Short•and long-term disability Education reimbursement 80 hours of PTO Stable manufacturing environment with opportunities for long-term growth Interested?
