Currently, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Shipping / Receiving Clerk in our headquarter location of Kenosha, Wisconsin. Colbert Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides a drug-free workplace. In this role, you will: Operate all material handling equipment; forklift, stand-up forklift, clamp truck, and electric pallet jack Input and retrieve data from a computer and the ability to print reports, labels, and shipping documents. Read and complete shipping & receiving paperwork accurately and completely Use hand-held scanners to scan finished goods, incoming materials for entry into computer system. Verification of correct product and corresponding paperwork to ship orders. Ability to calculate the total weight of a shipment mathematically. Properly inspect inbound/outbound trucks according to SOP's. Adhere to all Company rules, policies, and procedures. Adhere to Quality Assurance policies and procedures. Develop teamwork and positive relationships with co-workers. Other duties as assigned. Overtime as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly. Ability to perform basic mathematical computations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Must be able to multitask. Experience in operating powered material handling equipment.
