In this role, you will be the backbone of our order processing operations, ensuring that each package is accurately picked, packed, and shipped with precision and care. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning and warehouse management systems Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and effectively Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials and inventory items Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanners and warehouse management systems Assist in shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipment accuracy and completeness Stock shelves, organize warehouse space, and ensure a clean, safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols Support warehouse distribution tasks including order fulfillment, packaging, materials handling, and inventory management Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use, manual handling techniques, and heavy lifting procedures Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for order picking & packing accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards Previous experience with warehouse supervisor responsibilities or leadership roles is a plus Candidates are subject to a background check and drug test Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional products while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
