Looking for a hands-on position where you can build your skills in shipping, production, and warehouse operations? OEC Graphics is looking for a dependable Shipping & Production Associate to join our Oshkosh team. This is a hands-on position supporting our shipping, receiving, warehouse, and production operations. You'll help prepare customer orders for shipment, receive incoming materials, perform quality checks, and assist with production finishing to keep projects moving and orders on schedule. You'll play an important role in making sure customer orders are properly packaged, quality checked, and shipped on time , while also helping our production team keep projects moving. What You'll Do Shipping & Receiving Prepare, package, label, and ship finished products according to customer specifications and work orders. Coordinate shipments and carrier pickups to help ensure orders go out accurately and on time. Receive incoming materials and shipments, verify quantities and documentation, and distribute materials as needed. Use UPS, FedEx, and other online shipping systems to process shipments. Calculate package weights, shipping charges, and postage as needed. Load and unload materials and shipments safely. Monitor shipping supplies and reorder materials when needed. Production Support Perform quality checks on finished products before packaging and shipment. Assist with production finishing activities such as cutting, splicing, laminating, kitting, and collating . Follow work orders and production instructions carefully. Help keep projects moving so customer deadlines and shipping schedules are met. Safety & General Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Participate in warehouse safety inspections and other safety initiatives. Follow applicable company, DOT, environmental, and vehicle requirements. Assist with occasional snow removal and groundskeeping. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and ability to meet OEC's driving/insurance requirements. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds . Ability to read and follow work orders, shipping information, addresses, and written instructions. Basic math skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work safely and effectively while priorities and deadlines change.

Preferred:

Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience. Shipping and receiving experience. Warehouse, manufacturing, production, packaging, or fulfillment experience. Experience using UPS/FedEx shipping systems. Experience working with work orders or production instructions. Familiar with the Print and Graphics Industry. Ready to join the OEC Graphics team?
