You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and supporting the flow of materials throughout our manufacturing operation. What You'll Do Verify inbound and outbound shipments match packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documentation Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments to customers and vendors Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment documentation Provide shipment tracking information to internal teams and customers as needed Investigate and resolve missing freight, damaged products, and shipping discrepancies Enter notes, inventory updates, and shipping information into NetSuite throughout the order process Operate power and hand tools to build or modify shipping crates, pallets, and boxes when required Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed What We're Looking For You don't need extensive shipping and receiving experience to succeed, but you should be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. We welcome candidates with experience in: Shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations Inventory control and cycle counting Manufacturing or production environments Material handling and logistics Assembly or packaging roles General warehouse operations with a willingness to learn
Requirements:
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Strong mechanical aptitude; prior manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred Experience using power tools and hand tools Ability to accurately read and use measuring devices Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems such as NetSuite Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and workplace efficiency Ability to read basic technical drawings or prints (helpful, not required) Must be able to commute to or relocate to Pewaukee, WI 53072 before start date
