Job Description

PLEASE NOTE
This position is tentatively scheduled to begin in January 2027 . We are currently accepting applications and building our candidate pool in preparation for the position's anticipated start date. Please do not expect an immediate response or interview. Qualified applicants will be contacted as the hiring process moves forward closer to the anticipated start date. Summary This role is responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of parts, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all inventory operations. Works closely with all departments of the dealership to ensure the timely delivery of crucial components. Role and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices. Ensure all received items are correctly logged into the inventory system and stored appropriately. Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are labeled and documented correctly. Work closely with the parts and service departments to ensure timely delivery of needed components. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic cycle counts. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments. Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist with stock replenishment and order fulfillment as needed. Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods to management. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Required High school diploma or GED equivalent required Valid Drivers License Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or inventory management preferred. Familiarity with dealership parts operations is a plus. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one). Schedule Tuesday through Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM Saturday, 8:00AM-3:00
