Job Description
Shipping & Receiving Specialist Tesker Manufacturing Corporation - Saukville, WI Tesker Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage the day-to-day flow of incoming and outgoing shipments at our Saukville manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for receiving and documenting incoming customer products and materials, preparing finished products and tooling for shipment, maintaining accurate shipping records, and helping ensure materials move efficiently through our facility. For over 50 years, Tesker Manufacturing Corporation has manufactured thread rolling machines, dies, and tooling. We specialize in high-quality, close-tolerance manufacturing and primarily produce small-quantity orders. We value quality, dependability, attention to detail, and employees who take pride in their work. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming customer products, materials, and other shipments. Unpack, identify, and properly store incoming materials and products. Enter inbound customer products and shipment information into our computer system. Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and required documentation. Verify the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documents. Coordinate the movement of products and materials to the appropriate areas within the facility. Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely. Maintain an organized and efficient shipping and receiving area. Communicate with employees in manufacturing and the office regarding incoming and outgoing orders. Perform additional shipping, receiving, and general duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter information. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and verify shipping documents, labels, and paperwork. Ability and willingness to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack. Training can be provided. Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs. Dependable and able to work independently while coordinating with others throughout the company. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday 8-hour day shift No weekends Compensation $22-$26 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for a yearly productivity bonus, historically generally $3,000-$5,000.
