Responsibilities Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and working fluently with Excel. Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing sports merchandise for shipment according to order specifications. Ensure proper packaging of products for shipping, including labeling and securing items on pallets or containers. Support shipping & receiving processes by loading/unloading trucks, verifying shipments against documentation, and maintaining accurate inbound/outbound logs. Skills Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including inventory management, materials handling, stocking, and shipping & receiving. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards. Basic math skills for counting stock levels, measurements, and verifying shipment quantities accurately. Experience in warehouse supervision or managing warehouse operations is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for sports is essential!
