$23.00-$27.00 per hour What You'll Do Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities for incoming materials and outbound shipments Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition Prepare finished products and materials for outbound shipment Complete shipping paperwork, labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and related documentation Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions into the company's manufacturing or ERP system Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records Help identify and resolve shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies Organize shipping and receiving areas to support efficient workflow Communicate with production, purchasing, carriers, and other departments regarding shipment needs Coordinate pickup and delivery information with freight carriers as needed Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy Help ensure customer shipments are completed accurately and on time Follow company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards What We're Looking For Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred Experience with shipping documentation, receiving records, or inventory transactions preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning manufacturing or ERP software Ability to accurately complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position Join WireTech Fabricators The Shipping & Receiving Specialist plays an important role in making sure incoming materials are received accurately and customer shipments are prepared, documented, and completed on time.
