Support parts and service department in daily activities resulting in the timely/accurate processing, collection, and delivery of orders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness Handle shipping, receiving, and deliveries Create, develop, and close orders Provide quotations to customers Provide manuals and drawings as needed Assist the Accounts Receivable (AR) team with customer collections as needed Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation Enter all required information and documentation into the company ERP system Request pricing from vendors and create purchase orders for required materials Track material deliveries and expedite orders as needed Initiate the RMA process for materials being returned for warranty or credit
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED Two years of related experience and/or training Industry-related product knowledge Detail-oriented ERP system experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software Strong understanding of inventory, orders, returns, and other core business operations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Thorough understanding of company safety, environmental, and operational practices Ability to safely lift materials of various weights regularly Strong team player
