What You'll Do Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and distribution for HVAC/Electrical materials. Lead warehouse associates, Apprentices, and Parts Runners. Manage truck stock, special orders, emergency part runs, and warranty returns. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and compliant. Track tools, maintain accurate inventory, and reduce material loss. Work closely with Dispatch, Install Coordinators, and Team Leaders. Support Apprentice training and maintain vendor relationships. What You Bring 5+ years of warehouse management experience (HVAC/Electrical a plus). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with warehouse systems, KPIs, and inventory software. High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
