This role is vital in our organization as you will be responsible for managing our online presence and ensuring the smooth operation of our online systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a deep understanding of online retail systems, including retail link, Walmart connect, supplier center, PO Tracking Systems, and drop-ship. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Online Manager, your responsibilities will include: 1. Overseeing and managing all online activities related to our Accounting and Finance department. 2. Utilizing systems such as Retail Link, Walmart Connect, Supplier Center, PO Tracking Systems, and drop-ship to ensure efficient and effective operations. 3. Coordinating with different teams to ensure the seamless integration of online and offline systems. 4. Developing and implementing strategies for improving online processes and systems. 5. Analyzing and reporting on online activities, identifying areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments. 6. Ensuring all online systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations. 7. Troubleshooting any issues that arise, providing timely solutions, and ensuring minimal disruption to operations. 8. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implementing these where beneficial.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry. 2. Extensive knowledge of online retail systems, including Retail Link, Walmart Connect, Supplier Center, PO Tracking Systems, and drop-ship. 3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. 5. A high level of computer literacy, with proficiency in using various software and online systems. 6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. 7. A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology would be advantageous. 8. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions. 9. A commitment to continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. 10.
