Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Manager to join our team in Little Rock! This is a hands-on position responsible for inventory control, warehouse operations, equipment organization, and scheduled customer deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management, receiving and organizing products, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and safely handling heavy equipment. This position also involves driving company delivery vehicles, including a delivery van and box truck. No specialized commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Strong organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to safety are important for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and other inventory-related documentation. Accurately receive, log, organize, and separate copiers and equipment designated for delivery, return, or repair. Maintain accurate inventory records and process inventory movements using inventory control software. Operate company delivery vehicles to make scheduled deliveries to customer locations. Safely load, unload, lift, and move items weighing up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Safely move heavy console copiers mounted on wheels. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to receive, move, and organize inventory. Interact professionally with customers at their locations during deliveries and other service-related activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and receiving dock. Remove and properly dispose of empty boxes, packaging materials, and loose debris. Ensure inventory and equipment are stored properly and remain easily accessible. Assist with other duties as needed to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department. Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, delivery, or logistics experience preferred. Experience using inventory management software is a plus. Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred. Ability to safely lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Comfortable operating company delivery vehicles, including a van and box truck. Basic computer skills with the ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to assist wherever needed.
