Skills and Experience What You'll Help Own You'll learn and support the day-to-day warehouse operation, including: Managing paper and material inventory Creating and maintaining product labels Building and preparing customer orders Loading outgoing trucks Transferring product throughout the facility Monitoring production supplies, including glue inventory Operating the shrink tunnel Operating forklifts and material handling equipment Operating a clamp truck Loading and unloading trailers and railcars Helping coordinate the flow of materials and finished products Stepping in to help keep warehouse operations moving when leadership is unavailable What We're Looking For 3+ years of warehouse or fast-paced production experience preferred. You'll be a strong fit if you: Have experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment Have previous forklift experience Have at least 1 year of lead, supervisory, or high-responsibility warehouse experience preferred Understand inventory, shipping, receiving, and order preparation Can manage several priorities without losing track of the details Are comfortable working hands-on alongside the team Take initiative and solve problems without waiting to be told what to do Are dependable and understand the importance of showing up Are interested in growing into greater responsibility Want a long-term opportunity with an established company This Could Be Your Next Step You don't have to already be a Warehouse Manager.
