The Role:

We are an established fence company looking for a reliable, self-motivated "utility player" to manage our yard operations and occasionally assist our field crews. If you have warehouse/yard experience, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

PLEASE NOTE

This is an active, outdoor role. You will be working outside 90% of the time in all weather conditions (wind, rain, sun). Please only apply if you are comfortable working outdoors and managing physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Yard & Shop Management:

Manage inventory, organize stock, order materials, and maintain overall shop/yard cleanliness (weeds, trash, etc.).

Logistics & Driving:

Safely drive a truck and trailer for powder coat drop-offs/pick-ups, dump runs, and miscellaneous material runs.

Operations Support:

Manage will-calls, coordinate material coming in and out, and communicate effectively with the office and drivers.

Equipment & Field Work:

Operate a forklift and occasionally work in the field as a laborer with the lead foreman for onsite fence repairs.

Requirements:

Valid CA driver's license and experience pulling a trailer (Required). Willingness to learn, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor outdoors. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude!

Schedule:

Monday

•Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00

PM Note:

First week of training will be 9:00 AM

•3:00 PM.

Pay:

$25.00

•$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0

•40.0 per week
