About the Role Join one of Costa Mesa's standout dining destinations as our next Restaurant Manager. We're an upscale, high-volume restaurant looking for a hospitality leader who thrives under pressure and knows how to turn a busy night into a memorable one for every guest. You'll join a growing multi-concept restaurant group with locations across Los Angeles and Orange County — real infrastructure and real room to advance. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and inspire a front-of-house team in a polished, high-volume setting Build a warm, professional, guest-focused atmosphere and develop relationships with regulars Manage daily floor operations, staffing, scheduling, and service execution Own P&L performance: budgeting, labor management, and cost controls Partner with leadership to uphold standards, improve systems, and keep the team motivated during peak volume What You'll Need Management experience in an upscale, polished, or high-volume restaurant A genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection Proven ability to train, develop, and lead a team Working knowledge of P&L, budgeting, labor, and cost controls A hands-on, energetic leadership style Corporate restaurant systems or structured restaurant group experience (a plus, not required) Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $90,000/year Paid insurance Bonus opportunities Growth path within a respected multi-concept restaurant group Why Join Us This is a chance to lead at a thriving Costa Mesa restaurant while building a long-term career with a company that invests in its people.
