  • Lead large-scale warehouse and distribution center automation programs from roadmap through deployment, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Define automation strategies, target operating models, and phased investment roadmaps aligned to business goals and fulfillment transformation priorities
  • Oversee solution design for warehouse automation technologies, including goods-to-person, sortation, automated storage and retrieval systems, autonomous mobile robots, controls, and system interfaces
  • Coordinate requirements and integration across warehouse management systems, warehouse control systems, warehouse execution systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, transport management systems, and data platforms
  • Drive vendor selection, operational readiness, performance management, and executive stakeholder communication while supporting team development and practice growth A successful candidate would possess these skills:
