Job Description

Startup Tech Company located in Newport Beach looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hardware Fulfillment & Technical Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets — from procurement and configuration to deployment and ongoing support. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of logistics and technical operations, and it's well suited for someone who takes pride in precision, follows through consistently, and manages their time well. You'll be the person our team depends on to make sure hardware gets to the right people, in the right condition, at the right time. Key Responsibilities Manage the full hardware fulfillment cycle: ordering, receiving, configuring, deploying, tracking, and retiring devices and equipment Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all hardware assets Configure and set up Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones) for new and existing team members Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Enforce clear processes for hardware intake, tracking, and offboarding Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding hardware status, timelines, and availability Maintain documentation for hardware procedures, configurations, and device standards Maintain accurate inventory systems in real-time
Required:
Strong proficiency with Apple products Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated reliability Ability to manage multiple priorities and track concurrent tasks Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with help desk or IT support ticketing systems Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management

Salary $48,000/year
