General Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Automated Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a highly automated distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing warehouse operations, automation systems, AMR/AGV, WMS/WES/WCS, material handling equipment, and warehouse personnel . This position will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable warehouse operations while maximizing automation utilization, productivity, system uptime, and overall operational performance. The ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English is required, as this position will regularly communicate with Korean-speaking customers, management, and business partners. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Management Manage daily inbound, storage, picking, replenishment, and outbound operations. Ensure daily operational targets and customer requirements are achieved. Manage warehouse staffing, labor allocation, and shift activities. Coordinate operations across multiple shifts and functional areas. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety requirements. Automation Operations Manage day-to-day operations of automated warehouse systems, including AMR/AGV, AS/RS, conveyors, automated picking and packing systems, sortation systems, and automated forklifts. Monitor automation system performance, availability, and utilization. Coordinate with automation technicians, engineers, and system integrators to resolve operational issues. Minimize automation-related downtime and operational disruptions. Support system commissioning, testing, go-live, and stabilization activities. KPI & Performance Management Establish and manage operational KPIs and performance targets. Monitor throughput, labor productivity, automation utilization, system uptime, order accuracy, on-time shipment, downtime, and safety performance. Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Risk & Issue Management Identify operational and automation-related risks. Develop mitigation and contingency plans. Lead response to major equipment or system failures. Coordinate escalation with vendors, engineering teams, and customers. Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop warehouse operations personnel. Manage supervisors, leads, technicians, and warehouse associates. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Support employee training and cross-training. Promote a strong safety and continuous-improvement culture. Customer & Vendor Management Serve as a primary operational point of contact for customers. Communicate operational performance, issues, and recovery plans. Coordinate with automation OEMs, system integrators, equipment suppliers, and maintenance vendors. Manage vendor performance and service-level requirements. Support communication between U.S. operations and Korean-speaking customers or management. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment operations. 2+ years of experience managing automated warehouse operations preferred. Experience managing warehouse teams and multiple operational functions. Strong understanding of warehouse processes and material flow. Experience with WMS and warehouse management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing operational KPIs and performance improvement. Strong communication and leadership skills. Fluent in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional business environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. AMR / AGV / ASRS

Experience working with automation system integrators and OEMs. Experience with PLC-based automation systems. Experience with warehouse simulation or digital-twin technology.
