Full-time Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and hands-on project background About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Planner to support our overseas warehouse operations. This role focuses on warehouse layout design, slotting strategy, space utilization, and operational optimization. You will be responsible for driving planning projects from concept to implementation across multiple warehouse sites. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for candidates with hands-on warehouse planning experience who can work in real operational environments. Key Responsibilities Lead warehouse layout design, including zoning, racking configuration, and material flow optimization Develop slotting and storage strategies based on SKU profile and business needs Build and optimize capacity models to evaluate storage limits and space utilization Analyze warehouse operations and identify efficiency improvement opportunities Support new warehouse setup and expansion projects, including onsite execution Assist in automation and equipment planning (e.g., conveyor systems, sortation) Standardize warehouse planning solutions for scalability across multiple sites Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above (Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred) 3-5+ years of direct experience in warehouse planning or logistics engineering Hands-on experience in warehouse layout design and/or slotting optimization (must-have) Strong Excel skills with the ability to build basic models (capacity, utilization, etc.) Solid understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory flow) Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and drive execution Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams Travel to other warehouse locations as needed Candidates without hands-on warehouse planning experience will not be considered Preferred Qualifications Experience in cross-border e-commerce or overseas warehouse operations Familiarity with WMS or warehouse systems Experience with warehouse automation (conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, etc.) Experience supporting multi-site warehouse operations Why Join Us Opportunity to work on real warehouse design and optimization projects Exposure to multi-site operations and scalable warehouse solutions Hands-on involvement in automation and efficiency improvement initiatives Apply Now If you meet the above qualifications, we encourage you to apply via Indeed.
