Monitor operational performance and report key issues, opportunities, improvement plans, and achievements to senior management. Manage and coordinate all shipping and receiving operations. Oversee customer return processing to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Manage and develop direct reports and temporary associates, including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, scheduling, compensation adjustments, and employee relations. Maintain accurate inventory control and records using ERP systems such as Sage or SAP. Maintain warehouse organization and forecast equipment and material needs. Procure warehouse supplies and equipment, including vendor comparison and selection. Ensure compliance with internal company procedures and policies. Monitor employee working hours and required rest periods to ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and other applicable industry requirements. Coordinate responses to governmental or customer compliance deficiencies. Report and investigate workplace accidents. Lead site budget planning and control labor, supplies, and asset expenditures to meet P&L targets. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. ■ Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 7+ years of managerial-level experience in warehouse management, logistics, or 3PL operations. Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills. Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices. Solid understanding of warehouse operations, RF scanners, and inventory processes. Knowledge of inventory control, OSHA, HACCP, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Proficiency with ERP systems such as Sage or SAP. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.
